CH2M HILL

Alumni

Maybe retirement isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be. Maybe you just miss us…the great projects, the wonderful people, the ability to use your skills to solve problems. Whatever the reasons may be, we’re happy that you have stayed in touch and we’d love to have you back.

As a corporate alum, you are a trusted professional who knows our business and our culture; you possess the talent, the contacts, and the intellectual capital to tap into new business opportunities. You have more than a proven track record, you bring to the table a new set of skills and knowledge acquired in your time away.

So, if you have found that the grass is not greener, or that your work environment is being overtaken by crabgrass, please give us another look. We value your contributions and look forward to working with you again to build a better world.

What Can We Do for You?

  • We will keep you connected through the Retiree/Alumni Newsletter, and two new Web sites. The first is an Alumni’s History of CH2M HILL and the second is informational, including our expansions, new companies started, key acquisitions and mergers, major projects, personal vignettes, and other related information. We also will keep you up–to–date on Retiree Retreat information.
  • If you are not interested in full-time or long–term, we offer short–term employment opportunities and consulting engagements.
  • We will credit your previous longevity, which may contribute to your PTO accrual rate.

How You Can Return the Favor

  • Come back and bring your talents, contacts, and intellectual capital with you!
  • Word of mouth – if we bring you back and you love it, tell your friends.
  • "This firm recognizes that its people are the most important resource. In all of the places I have worked before, this was suggested or given lip service. In this firm, it is a guiding principle that I have observed in practice every day."
  • —William S.
  • "You have to go back and look at all the people you worked with who gave you support on the projects. I certainly had a lot of good engineers to work with at CH2M HILL."
  • —Retiree Howard W.
