CH2M HILL has selected Agile•1 as strategic workforce partner for contingent firms. The contingent supplier program from Agile•1 aligns with each business group, enabling them to achieve their business objectives, through centralized business tools and tailored processes.

Agile•1 supports the ongoing identification and qualification of third party staffing suppliers through its Implementation & Delivery Services Team which has identified hundreds of suppliers, ready to fill job requisitions for customers throughout North America and abroad. In addition, the Agile•1 on-site team is an ongoing resource for CH2M HILL's preferred staffing partners to help communicate business requirements, current and upcoming talent acquisition needs, and other insightful program information. 

How to become a CH2M HILL contingent recruiting supplier

Each potential supplier must pass a thorough seven-step qualification process with Agile•1 before being certified to fill CH2M HILL requisitions. This process begins with a needs analysis in conjunction with the business group's hiring needs. For staffing partners who are on boarded to the CH2M HILL program, they are provided uniform standards, in accordance with CH2M HILL's master contract requirements, and will participate in thorough training prior to being engaged through AccelerationVMS to fulfill job requisitions. 

For situations in which new suppliers are not currently being added to the program, we suggest interested suppliers register at www.agile1.com. This will allow your company the opportunity to share with Agile•1 your core competencies, should their be a need to onboard additional suppliers to CH2M HILL. Registering on the Agile•1 website does not automatically qualify you as a supplier. Suppliers must have been invited to participate in the onboarding process and have an active contract with Agile•1 in order to support CH2M HILL contingent labor needs.

Please note that all unsolicited resumes to CH2M HILL outside of the Agile•1 program will not be eligible for placement fees, or other associated fees. In addition, verbal or other written commitments from any CH2M HILL employee will not be considered binding terms. Only candidates submitted through the Agile•1 AccelerationVMS system and invoiced through Agile•1 will be paid for services, in accordance with associated terms and agreement.
