Contract/Independent Recruiters

Talent Recruiters are primarily responsible for full cycle recruiting within assigned Business Group(s). This will involve the management and implementation of recruiting and sourcing activities throughout the assigned Business Group(s) as well as capturing and reporting the Business Group(s) recruiting metrics through the effective use of technology.
All contract recruiters must comply with our guidelines regarding code of ethics, practice and process, bill of rights for candidates/client's, OFCCP compliance, confidentiality, non-compete, EEO/AAP and data privacy.
CH2M HILL maintains an as-needed bench of contract recruiters.
