- On-the-job Work Experience – Interns are given the opportunity to work alongside professional engineers and technical experts on real projects.
- Speaker Sessions – Interns have an opportunity to interact with and learn from CH2M HILL’s leaders.
- Learning Sessions – Interns have the opportunity to enrich their work experience with CH2M HILL through exposure to special topics.
- Summer Buddy – Interns are assigned a mentor who is not necessarily in their management chain. Your mentor is available to offer guidance and help you gain the most out of your internship experience.
- Kick-off Meeting – Interns get acquainted with the internship programme and are introduced to peers at other locations. You will also have the opportunity to hear first-hand from former interns who will share their experiences and tips to make your internship as meaningful as possible.
- Celebration Event – At the end of your internship, you will be recognised for your contributions.
- Regional Activities – Activities are organized at a regional level to provide networking opportunities and exposure to additional project sites.
